It can be used as a pick-me-up in the morning, or as a quick meal when you don’t have time to cook. Simply add one scoop of revIvelife ™ Protein Plus to 8 oz (250ml) or more of liquid (water, juice, milk, soymilk, rice milk, etc), stir, shake and enjoy. Also mixes easily into yogurt. When using revIvelife ™ Protein Plus as a substitute for a meal, it is most effective to add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil (or a blended nutritional oil) to each serving. This slows the transit time of the protein, keeping it in the stomach longer, thereby satisfying the appetite for a few hours.
